Get festive in the Curve and Mucci's this December!

The Curve and Mucci's are getting into the Christmas spirit with a range of offers and food to deliver festive cheer during December! The menu [PDF 1,732KB] is running from 1st - 24th December and costs just £5.95 per person!

Mucci's is offering a more relaxed two or three course menu starting at £11.00 for the two course option including a unlimited mulled wine! - the menu can be downloaded here: here [PDF 380KB]. Please note that booking is essential to guarantee places.

Save 20% with Semester 2 Meal Packages! 

Semester 2 pre-pay meal packages for use in the Curve are available now! You can either purchase them in person from the till points in the Curve or online from the QMUL eShop.

The scheme allows you to pay for your meals in advance, which represents a saving of 20% on the daily walk in cash price!

This Semester there are 3 packages available:

  • Breakfast and main meal (£430.00)
  • Main meal only (£224.00)
  • Breakfast only (£206.00)

The main meal option allows you to choose either a lunch meal or an evening meal giving you more choice and better value from your vouchers.

Catering & Hospitality QM invite you to meet their suppliers!
Thursday 18th September 2014

The Catering & Hospitality QM team have arranged for a number of their suppliers to visit the Mile End campus on Thursday 18th September 2014. They will be located outside the Curve from 11am allowing staff and students to sample a range of products that will be available in the Curve, Mucci’s, Foyer and Nucleus for the new academic year.

Highlights include:

  • Anglia Produce showing off unusual fruits and vegetables;
  • British Premium Meats cooking a variety of meat sourced from farms which meet the Red Tractor ethical standard;
  • Brake Brothers showcasing their products including fresh Cornish pasties cooked in Cornwall and transported to QMUL the very same day!;
  • Galeta Cakes offering samples of their cake delights;
  • Linwoods offering samples of cooked sustainable fish;
  • Matthew Clark showcasing their selection of wines with free tasting;
  • Rollover Hot Dogs with a traditional hot dog cart and character hot dog;

The event is open to all students and staff at Queen Mary, with the Catering & Hospitality QM team looking forward to meeting you!

This month also sees us celebrate the View the Week of the Ocean menu [PDF 183KB] from 4th - 8th August, a week dedicated to the production of dishes using sustainable fish.

Then to get in the mood for the world's most famous tennis tournament come along and enjoy some Wimbledon Special - Strawberries & Cream [PDF 434KB]! Enjoy the Best of British Week & National Burger Day!

May is jam packed with special events in the Curve! First up we revel in all things British as introduce the ' Best of British [PDF 167KB]' menu which will be available from 19th - 23rd May 2014. Our chefs will be conjuring up some traditional British tasty treats, ranging from dishes such as 'toad in the hole' to delicious pies! 

Wednesday 28th May is ' National Burger Day [PDF 279KB]'. Come along and select your burger of choice from our special gourmet burger menu - available for one day only! All burgers are freshly prepared for just £4.50 each.

Celebrate National Liquorice Day and Thai New Year!

This month celebrates National Liquoirce Day in the Curve. Come along on Friday 11th April 2014 and you can try free samples of Liquorice candy as well as purchase Liquorice cupcakes at Starbucks for just £1 or FREE with any LARGE hot drink!

Mucci's special Valentines Day Menu -
Friday 14th February 2014 

Enjoy our special romantic menu with your loved one this Valentines day at Mucci's! We are offering 3 courses and half a bottle of house wine for just £12.95 per person

The special menu will be available during the lunch service, as well as during our special evening service, times as follows: 

  • Lunch: 11am - 4pm

  • Dinner: 6pm - 9pm
